In one 60-adult randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled ingredient study, 160 mg/day produced a significantly greater mean improvement in total hair count across two selected scalp target areas than placebo at 90 days, with follow-up through 180 days. Those are named-ingredient findings, not results established for FLOTE's 295 mg serving or the complete formula.
KSM-66 adds a directly researched stress-response dimension. In an eight-week randomized, placebo-controlled study of stressed, otherwise healthy adults, 250 mg/day (125 mg twice daily) improved perceived stress and serum cortisol versus placebo. The study did not test hair outcomes.
Gotu kola supplies triterpene-rich botanical material studied across connective-tissue, skin, antioxidant and neurologic biology. Experimental work with dermal-papilla models provides a mechanistic hair-relevance signal, but this does not establish a human oral hair outcome. Its role is to broaden the formula's tissue-environment and botanical foundation.
Mucuna pruriens is a traditional botanical. Human research is concentrated in non-hair clinical contexts and uses materially different preparations. FLOTE presents the 187 mg line only as a separately disclosed complementary botanical, not as a mood, vitality or hair active.
Standardized ginkgo extracts have been studied in cognitive and antioxidant contexts, but extract composition matters and the FLOTE specification does not establish equivalence to those materials. Ginkgo is included as complementary botanical context; FLOTE does not claim that it affects circulation or produces a hair outcome.
Moringa leaf materials can contain diverse phytonutrients, but composition varies with species, growing conditions and processing. Because the controlled formula does not publicly quantify marker compounds, FLOTE does not infer antioxidant potency, micronutrient contribution or a hair effect from the 150 mg line.
Triphala is a traditional three-fruit Ayurvedic preparation. Human research uses heterogeneous products, populations and generally higher doses, with non-hair endpoints. Its role in the Oral Blend is transparent botanical breadth, not a digestive, antioxidant or hair-treatment promise.

Niacinamide is a recognized form of vitamin B3 used to form NAD and NADP, coenzymes central to normal cellular energy metabolism and redox biology. The Oral Blend provides 16 mg—100% of the Daily Value—as a defined nutritional foundation rather than a direct follicular stimulant.
Iron supports hemoglobin and oxygen transport and normal cellular function. Ferrochel® is iron bound to glycine with Balchem's TRAACS® chelation technology. Iron needs are individual, so more is not automatically better.
