Saw palmetto supercritical CO₂ extract from Valensa International, Eustis, Florida. In a 180-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 60 adults with self-perceived thinning, people taking the ingredient gained +18.6 terminal hairs in the target area versus −10.1 on placebo (Ablon 2026, J Cosmet Dermatol, PMID 41652806). The study used 160 mg/day as a stand-alone softgel; FLOTE provides 295 mg, and the finished formula has not been clinically tested.
In plain words. SEREVELLE® is a supercritical CO₂ saw palmetto extract from Valensa International in Eustis, Florida. FLOTE provides 295 mg per day.
Full-spectrum root extract standardized to 5% withanolides, from organic roots (Ixoreal Biomed, Hyderabad, India). In an eight-week randomized, placebo-controlled study of stressed, otherwise healthy adults, 250 mg/day (125 mg twice daily) improved perceived stress and serum cortisol versus placebo. The study did not test hair outcomes.
Whole herb extract (40% triterpenoids). Laboratory dermal-papilla context and botanical breadth, not a human hair-outcome claim; there is no direct human oral hair trial.
Velvet bean seed extract, included as a separately disclosed traditional botanical. Human research is in non-hair contexts; there is no human hair study at this amount.
Leaf extract standardized to 24% flavone glycosides, included as a disclosed complementary botanical. There is no direct oral hair trial, and it is not a scalp-circulation claim.
30% tannins. A traditional Ayurvedic fruit complex, included as a disclosed complementary botanical and studied for antioxidant activity. There is no direct human hair trial.
10:1 leaf extract. A nutrient-dense leaf rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, included for the building blocks it supplies.
From Mibelle Biochemistry, Buchs, Switzerland. Organic pea-sprout extract. In a published eight-week oral pilot at the same 100 mg daily amount, mean collected comb/brush hair counts fell from 163.7 to 105.7 by day 28 (−33.9%) and to 100.4 at eight weeks. 21 completers, no control group: preliminary ingredient evidence.
Vitamin B3 supplied as niacinamide, a vitamin cofactor that supports normal energy and macronutrient metabolism.
Iron (Balchem Corporation, New Hampton, New York). Iron supports hemoglobin and oxygen transport and normal cellular function. Ferrochel® is iron bound to glycine with Balchem's TRAACS® chelation technology. Iron needs are individual, so more is not automatically better.
